Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Online Tuck Shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below for more information.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included in the return.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

    • Opened or used electronics (e.g., cameras, projectors) unless defective.

    • Gift cards or digital downloads.

    • Items marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: Once we approve your return, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Packaging: Please securely package the product in its original packaging (if possible) to ensure it is not damaged during transit. You must include the RMA number inside the package.

Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

  • Shipping Carrier: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking information.

Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns that are not due to defects or our error (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item).

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with a replacement, repair, or full refund based on your preference. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Special Considerations for Electronics

  • Cameras, Projectors & Other Electronics: Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or tested items unless defective or damaged. Please inspect your products carefully upon arrival.
